Lampedusa island a stage for a highly-innovative educational experience

The Academy involved 100 young doctors, specialising in Critical Emergency Medicine (CREM), through plenary sessions, lectures for smaller groups, hands-on sessions and stations with up-to-date simulators and a maxi simulation of a maritime disaster which involved all the Island.

Three main concepts of the meeting architecture in Milan.

For one of the largest global financial institutions we organised a convention with 400 delegates from 56 countries, increasing the level of networking among participants thanks to an unusual location and an innovative set-up, able to improve delegates connections.

Floretina: how to innovate a medical congress in Florence

For a major medical congress (+2.500 participants, 49 exhibitors/sponsors) plenary and breakout lectures were spaced out with presentations of live surgeries filmed and broadcasted using a 3D technology, with a higher level of sharpness and depth, and more realistic colours. 

Top client exclusive experiences

Organization of exclusive experiences in various cities: from show cooking to private visit and dinner at exclusive locations – e.g. the National Cinema Museum in Turin -, from test drive in vintage or racing cars – such us Ferrari in Maranello F1 racetrack -, to night party with prominent artists.

Secrets of the Eternal City

As part of the social program, we organized a gala dinner at the stunning historic residence Cardinale Gallery in Rome, with an effective quiz game about Rome. Also, all 200 delegates were engaged in a team building activity with iPads, passing by the main points of interest of the Eternal City.

Meeting & excursions in Taormina

We managed a meeting hold in the beautiful Hilton Giadini Naxos, in Sicily, followed by an exciting excursion on the Etna volcano by Jeep! For VIP staff AIM selected the best restaurants and organized a special winery tour.
